Questions from support coordinators
Do you have capacity right now?
Yes. We have immediate capacity in Broome and across North West WA by telehealth, with in-person visits by arrangement in the Kimberley, Pilbara and Gascoyne.
Are you an NDIS-registered behaviour support provider?
Our services are delivered under the NDIS registration of Assist Disability Services Pty Ltd (ABN 80 649 026 406), which is approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for Behaviour Support. Our practitioners have been considered suitable by the Commission.
Which funding does behaviour support come from?
Improved Relationships in older plans, or the Behaviour Support budget in newer (PACE) plans. We support self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants and charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
How quickly will you respond to a referral?
We aim to contact the referrer within two business days. If there are urgent safety concerns, please call us on 08 9129 4914 or 1800 246 808 after sending the referral.
Will you keep me updated?
Yes. With the participant’s consent, we keep support coordinators informed at key points, including service agreements, interim and comprehensive plans, and reviews.
Can you support participants in remote communities?
Often, yes. We combine telehealth, coaching for local support teams and planned visits. Contact us to talk about what is possible for your participant.
