Plans support workers can actually use

Jo Butler, Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner, works with participants, families, support workers and providers to write individualised plans and coach the team on using them consistently, across every shift.

More independence, more community

We set goals with the person about what matters to them: work, friendships, getting out on Country, managing a home. Then we build supports that make those goals more reachable.
