Privacy policy

North West Positive Behaviour Support respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it. Our Positive Behaviour Support services are delivered under the NDIS registration of Assist Disability Services Pty Ltd (ABN 80 649 026 406), and we follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and town.
  • Referral information about the person needing support. This can include health and disability information, which the law treats as sensitive information.
  • Website usage information, such as the pages visited and the type of device used, collected through Google Analytics. This does not identify you by name.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, consider referrals, arrange and deliver our services, meet NDIS requirements, and improve our website. We only collect sensitive information with consent. When you send a referral for someone else, you confirm that the participant, their authorised nominee or guardian has agreed to it.

How we store and share it

Forms on this website are processed by our website host, Netlify, and sent to our team. Netlify and Google may store data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it or the law requires.

We never sell your information. We only share it with your consent, with others involved in providing your support, or where the law requires it, for example with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
